Gary Russell

Gary is founder of the Russell Realty Group and has been a Realtor with Keller Williams Waco since (right after) KW Waco opened it’s doors for business in 2005. Prior to Keller Williams, he was an agent for Premier Realtors. Before getting his real estate license, Gary was in radio for a number of years. Working in the Central Texas radio market as “Gary Quinn”, he had stints at KCKR-FM (95.7 Kicker in Waco) from 1995 – 2000 then moved to KUSJ-FM (US105 in Temple-Killeen) in 2000 to become Assistant Program Director, Afternoon Drive DJ, and Music Director. Heather Shaw

Heather Shaw is a native of Central Texas. Growing up in Woodway and having attended Midway I.S.D., she’s very knowledgeable about the Hewitt and Woodway areas. She’s also a landowner where, along with her husband Brian and 4 children, tend to cows. After high school, Heather went to college to pursue a career in pharmaceuticals but opted for real estate instead. She’s been with Keller Williams Realty Waco since 2005 and is one of the original members of the Russell Realty Group. Kristi Baker

Kristi Baker is an original member of the Russell Realty Group and has been a Realtor with Keller Williams since 2005. She grew up in Waco and is very familiar with the Bosqueville and China Spring areas. Her specialties include first time home buyers and people relocating to the Central Texas area. Robin Shaw

Robin Shaw is a native of Waco and attended Richfield High School before heading to North Texas State University. After college Robin returned to Waco, where she owned her own business for six years while also investing in residential real estate. Prior to joining Keller Williams, Robin had two years successful experience representing buyers and sellers. Robin is also an original member of the Russell Realty Group.
